Choose Gym West as a key part in your child’s development. To assist new members understand what they will need to do, we have made a list of steps to below:
Step 1: Complete the membership form and submit to administration.
Step 2: Children must dress according to the uniform policy.
Step 3: Make sure your child brings a drink bottle (child's name-labelled) to their class.
Step 4: Make sure your child arrives five (5) minutes early and is escorted to the gymnasium by a parent.
Step 5: Children wear bare feet so shoes and socks must be removed prior to class.
Step 6: Parents/caregivers can watch their child/children from the foyer.

Once you have completed your enrolment form an invoice will be sent to you for payment. Fees must be paid by the due date or a late fee payment will apply. You can arrange for a payment plan but this must be organised prior to the due date. Fee payment is only via direct debit. Please note there is also family discount for those with more than one child enrolling.
Yes you can let your child try one class to see if they like it. Contact us to book your free session. If your child wants to continue classes, fill in the enrolment form and bring it with you to the next session.
Anytime. Fees are adjusted to reflect the sessions remaining in the term.
Due to the large number of gymnasts in each program, make up classes are organised at the discretion of the coach. Refund of fees is not available for missed classes. Should a class be cancelled due to hot weather another class will be reschedule to make up for the missed class.
Children who wish to continue doing gymnastics for the following year must complete the re-enrolment form prior to the last day of the final term.
If you do not wish to re-enrol, please inform your coach prior to the last day of the final term. Members of Gym West must adhere to our Membership Policies.
