Choose Gym West as a key part in your child’s development. To assist new members understand what they will need to do, we have made a list of steps to below:
Step 1: Complete an initial enquiry via our online form on our CONTACT tab.
Step 2: Children must dress according to the uniform policy
Step 3: Make sure your child brings a drink bottle (child's name-labelled) to their class.
Step 4: Make sure your child arrives five (5) minutes early and is escorted to the gymnasium by a parent.
Step 5: Children wear bare feet so shoes and socks must be removed prior to class.
Step 6: Parents/caregivers can watch their child/children from the foyer.
2023 Term fees:
Kindergym: $123.00
(plus $52.00 Annual Membership Registration Fee payable each calendar year in the first term of attendance, regardless of start date and duration of attendance)
Gym For All (1 hour): $198.00
(plus $75.00 Annual Membership Registration Fee payable each calendar year in the first term of attendance, regardless of start date and duration of attendance)
Gym For All Junior (1.5 hours) $258.00
(plus $75.00 Annual Membership Registration Fee payable each calendar year in the first term of attendance, regardless of start date and duration of attendance0)
Gym For All Senior (2 hours) $268.00
(plus $75.00 Annual Membership Registration Fee payable each calendar year in the first term of attendance, regardless of start date and duration of attendance)
Competition Squad fees are given on application

Once you have completed your online enrolment an invoice for the yearly Membership Registration Fee will be created and emailed for payment. If not continuing after attending your free session, you MUST advise Gym West and we will cancel the invoice.
A term fee invoice will be emailed separately once your session time is confirmed.
Fees must be paid by the due date or a 5% late fee payment will apply. You can arrange for a payment plan but this must be organised prior to the due date. Please email finance@gymwest.com to arrange this.
Fee payment is only via direct debit. Please note there is also a sibling discount for those with more than one child enrolling.
Yes, your child can attend one free 'come and try' class to see if they like it. Contact us to book your free session. A link to to register via our online member registration database, RevolutioniseSPORT, will be emailed to once your come and try session has been confirmed and must be completed prior to attending your come and try class.
Anytime. Fees are adjusted to reflect the sessions remaining in the term.
Due to the large number of gymnasts in each program, make up classes are not available. Refund of fees is not available for missed classes.
All members registered in the previous year will be emailed early in the new year to renew their membership at Gym West. Membership renewal must be completed prior to the start of term 1.
If you do not wish to re-enrol, please email your coach prior to the last day of the final term. Members of Gym West must adhere to our Membership Policies.
